Pastor Justin is the founder and lead pastor of The Warehouse Church based in Parkersburg, WV. They live in Parkersburg with their 2 daughters, Natalie and Ellie, and son, Zion. Pastor Justin & Heather are dedicated to being faithful in God's vision to change this city.

1. We are guided by pastors
The Pastoral Team is led by the Lead Pastor. This team oversees the day-to-day ministry and operations of the church. This team of pastors serve the congregation and are responsible for the development of the spiritual life of the church.
The Warehouse Church Pastoral Team consists of five pastors:

3. we are protected by wise counsel
This team, sometimes referred to as Trustees, are members of the congregation who support, pray, and assist in areas of the ministry as needed/requested. They provide counsel to the Lead Pastor and team regarding major financial commitments of the church. The Counsel serve as non-staff Elders.
2. we are strengthened by overseers
The Board of Overseers are made up of 3-5 pastors of nationally respected congregations and ministries who love The Warehouse Church and are willing to provide spiritual protection to the church. They approve the budget, assist in setting salaries and may be called in to help in accountability matters relating to the Lead Pastor if requested by the Pastors and/or Wise Counsel. The Overseers serve as Apostolic Elders.
